I have used this fry pan almost daily for 9 months. It is heavy aluminum and distributes the heat very evenly. The bottom surface has remained flat and has NOT warped. The non-stick surface is durable and works as designed. If you are looking for commercial quality on the cheap, then this pan is for you.

Obviously. Was this a mind boggling dilemma? Yes indeed it was. I just could not decide which frying pan would improve my life the most, so eventually I just closed my eyes and let my mouse decide for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Perfecto!!!

What can I say? It's a fry pan. Heats up nice and even. Nonstick coating. Handle doesn't get too hot on short jobs like saute veggies or frying up a few pork chops.
