We got this as a wedding present. The second time I used it, I could tell it had warped. It wasn't used on high heat and wasn't cleaned hot. Plus, it doesn't lie flat on the burner (electric element) so it causes hot spots that cooks part of the food quicker and others more slowly. The nonstick coating was good. Food came off easy and was easy to clean.

I don't recommend this product. Look elsewhere if you want a griddle. Pay the extra money for a nice heavy-gauge one.

I'm not sure why this product comes up if you search for "Induction Griddle" on Amazon, but this is not. I was fooled because I own another Circulon set that is induction compatible, but I was sad to see when this arrived that it is complete aluminum. I didn't read the description carefully since it came up in my search, so don't be fooled! However, if induction is not your concern, this was a beautiful pan, and I love Circulon!

This is a nice heavy griddle that is great for French Toast or Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. We use ours almost everyday.

Good pan the type of non-stick is long lasting the pan is reasonably heavy/thick. Generally big enough for 4 grill cheese or 4 pancakes, etc......
