Well made and quite substantial. Fits flatly on the surface of the pan. The outside diameter is 4 inches and the inside is 3 3/4 inches, and is 3/4 of an inch deep. The metal handle folds down flat for storage, and has a silicone insert so your fingers wont touch hot metal. This is the perfect size for a single egg, pancake, or omelet type recipe. I purchased two sets of 2 rings, for a total of 4. This is exactly what I have been searching for. They are high heat resistant to 500ºF/260ºC, and are FDA approved. There are a couple of recipes, and use instructions on the back of the bubble pack's card. Instructions: "Place on seasoned hot griddle or fry pan, lip side down. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter or 1 raw egg into ring. Cook until egg or pancake sets. Gently pull ring away from sides, remove and flip to set." One recipe is for "Cheesy Egg Delight", and the other for "Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes".

These egg rings work exactly how they are supposed to. Cooks perfectly round eggs for making homemade egg sandwiches. I haven't tried them with pancakes so I am not sure how they would work for that. Nice weight to them so the egg doesn't leak out underneath. Also, they are a good size.

Alright so here are the pros:

Non-stick! It was very easy to lift the ring right off my food and keep cooking.

The size is nice and large. It's probably a quarter inch too big EXACTLY to fit perfectly on a typical english muffin you would buy at the store. I'm okay with this because I hate biting into a breakfast sandwich and only get a mouthful of bread. The larger size also seems to accommodate their idea of using it for pancakes.

And now the cons:

Most people gave it such a happy review that I thought the negatives just didn't like it for whatever reason. But it does turn out that, consistently, the egg leaks out of the bottom EVERY time. I've used different pans to make sure it wasn't just an uneven pan. I've tried different methods (pouring just a little bit at the bottom to set and seal the cracks up that are leaking so I can pour more on top, etc) but it seems that no matter what I do, it's going to leak to some degree. Which brings me to my next point:

Because they are rubbery, they don't seem to cook the sides of the egg enough so that I can pull the ring off and flip. Just like other reviewers said, this thing could comfortably use 2-3 eggs to actually fill it, so that's what I did. The egg seems to be up so high that either I burn the bottom so the top cooks, or I pull the ring off too early and have the top of the contents spill all over the pan because they never set. So, really, the only solution seems to be using just 1 egg. But it's so incredibly thin when it's done that it doesn't seem appetizing at all.

So really, great for pancakes, not so great for making an egg patty for sandwiches. If I was going to choose one to buy all over again, it wouldn't have been this one. It would have been a smaller, metal one.

Perfect size for bagels, thin breads, etc. Just remember to heat the pan with the rings on it, when it's hot, spray, THEN is when you pour the eggs, so they will not run all over the pan. Following these instructions you'll have perfect eggs any time!

For the most part this product does just what it was designed to do as a form for making round eggs and pancakes. I only noted one very minor problem, a small amount of batter or egg white will sometimes stick to the side of the egg ring even with the ring freshly oiled.

As I suspected when ordering the egg/pancake rings after reading the reviews, complaints of some of the egg white seeping under the ring base are easily resolved by preheating your cooking service to around 250 plus degrees before dropping in the egg.

I searched for years for a grill pan that would function as a stove top broiler, leaving grill marks on meat and fish. They were available for all range tops, but mine, which has a smooth glass top. I needed an absolutely flat bottomed grill pan. The Berndes Milestone is exactly as I would have designed a pan for my needs. It has the broiler-like ribs in the interior, but a flat bottom for the stove top. The pan is no lightweight, coming in at 4.5 lbs on my digital scale. Even though it has a non-stick interior, I think it cleans up best if a light brushing of oil is applied before grilling. I've pan broiled everything from filet mignon, salmon, hot dogs, to Jaccard meat tenderized chuck strips and everything has cooked exactly as I desired.

I have several Berndes pans that function wonderfully. However, the Berndes grill pan is not one of them. The problem is you cannot get an aluminum pan hot enough to produce good sear marks. Try as I might I can only produce barely visible grill marks on a variety of foods with the Berndes grill pan. In contrast, my cast iron LeCreuset grill pan produces beautiful dark sear marks every time on the same burner on my stovetop. Additionally, the handle on my Berndes grill pan came loose after every use. The pan is not well made nor does it function well. Save your money and buy a cast iron grill pan.

This pan arrived with a defect and I contacted customer support (unfortunately, I did not use the pan within the Amazon return period).

After several unanswered emails to the customer service email address at the Berndes site, I contacted them by phone and they said they would send a part that I was to use to repair the pan. Bad enough that it wasn't immediately replaced, but I never received the part.

Most people expect higher-end cookware with a "lifetime guarantee" to have decent customer service, or some semblance thereof, but none exists here.

My first and last Berndes purchase was a complete waste of time and money.

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas, and let him open it a week or so early. He has used it almost every day since opening it. He just loves it.

When he said he wanted a panini press, I asked him which one (I didn't know much about them), and he said it just needed to meet 3 criteria...

1. Adjustable temperature control. This does, so you can choose what temperature you want to cook at. It also has a green light that comes on when it's up to temperature.

2. A floating lid. That way no matter the size of sandwich, burger, whatever, the lid would lie flat and cook the top nicely as well.

3. Grill plates that were NOT removeable. He had heard stories of heating issues with removeable grill plates, and wanted to avoid that. The plates on this one are NOT removeable, but clean up just fine.

This wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest, it met the criteria. It has a decent heft to it (doesn't feel cheap or flimsy)

Like I said, he loves it. He's gotten a LOT of use out of it already. We highly recommend this panini press.

The only improvement that he would like is an on/off switch... instead of plugging it in and it starting to heat up. BUT that's not a real big issue.

I don't usually write reviews, but since there are so few for this product...The Pros: 1) It easily fits three medium sized sandwiches. 2) It cools down very quickly which makes cleaning and putting away the product quick and easy. 3) It comes with a handy cleaning tool. 4) It has temperature control and it can lay flat for more grilling surface. 5) It seems to heat very evenly and I have had no issues with the outside of my sandwich being more cooked than the inside. My sandwiches have been perfectly cooked every time. 6) The lid seems heavy enough that after applying a little pressure at first, it can continue pressing the sandwich. Based on all of the Pros, I would have given this a 5 Start rating, but the few cons brought it down to a 4 star...The Cons 1) It doesn't get very hot. I have had to use this at MAX temp each time when making sandwiches. The sandwiches come out perfectly, so it's not been a big problem for me, but if you want to use it as an open grill (which I don't) I don't know if even the max temp would be enough to get your food cooked. 2) This is minor, I know, but there's no place to wrap the cord that I've found, so it just hangs there when you put it up. 3) I find that I have to give the hinged handle a little help sometimes depending on the size and placement of the sandwich in order for it to come down evenly. 4) This doesn't bother me, but there's no on/off switch.

Overall, for what I need it to do it does it great. If you want perfectly cooked paninis this will do it. If you want to sear food or use it as an open grill I'd look at something else.

I have had this Grill for a few weeks and love it. It grills and melts cheese wonderfully for Panini's and also grill's meat and veggies very well. Easy to change temperature settings and easy clean up. I love how it drains from the side. It also can be laid flat so you can use both parts to cook and you then just have to flip your food. This way if you are Grilling for several people everyone's food can be done at the same time.

Like I said I have had it for a few weeks, used it several times and so far I am very impressed.

I read reviews before I purchased and many of the concerns other reviewers had weren't issues for me. It gets plenty hot. I don't mind that it doesn't have an on/off switch since I don't leave mine plugged in. The price was good. The surface wiped clean easily (initially anyway).

We have had the grill for 10 months and use it nearly every day. We use it more to cook meat than for sandwiches. I like to cook sausage and bacon on it because it doesn't splatter and create a mess. The "floating" lid makes cooking burgers and chicken breasts easier since it doesn't smash them and contacts evenly. It has some major (in my opinion) drawbacks if the meat produces drippings. There is not near enough angle even with the little feet flipped to encourage good drainage. We ended up raising the back nearly 1/4 in. by adding two layers of cardboard under the back feet. We put one layer under the right side to help. The drain channels aren't really deep enough across the front so even with the back and side raised any crusty bits need to be scraped out or they will stop up the channel. I have never tried to use it open because of this. When you lift the lid, any juice or grease on it simply runs onto the cabinet. The Hamilton Beach we had before had a floating hinge but the lid would hang so the runoff fell on the grill. In the last week, food has started sticking because the non-stick coating is starting to flake off.

If you are looking for a grill for sandwiches and occassional meat this would work fine. If like us you use it daily and mainly for meat I would choose another brand.

Love the feature on this panini maker where the top raises and adjusts to cover the entire piece of bread. I have made a few sandwiches now and am happy to say you can easily fit 2 large sandwiches on there at a time. Good size, and works well. The ONLY thing I would suggest different would be to have the grill plates be able to come off for easier cleaning. Otherwise I enjoy the compact size for storing in the cabinet, and the temperature adjustment dial.

The other reviewer is right about old Revere Ware; its great stuff that'll last forever. However, newer Revere Ware, like what's being advertised here, is total junk. I own an old 2qt saucepan and a brand new 4.5qt Dutch oven. The Dutch oven is flimsy and the lid doesn't fit well. If you want good Revere Ware make sure it's from the USA (not Indonesia, like the new stuff) and OLD. Try yard sales or ebay. The only thing to recommend new Revere ware is the 25 year warranty. That is the only way the old and new products are comparable.

I received the 3 Quart Saucepan as a gift and was eager to compare it to the one I have had for almost 20 years. I have read other reviews that complain that the pan is "light weight" and "made in China." I found this pan to be of the same weight as my old pan with the same rivet construction and copper-clad base. The copper bottom is stamped "Indonesia" unlike my old version which is stamped "Rome, NY." While I'm disappointed it is no longer manufactured in the United States, I will say that it still seems to be the same trusted Revere "recipe." Of course, if I discover any problems I will update this review.

We were quite surprised at how thin the metal is. The "Revereware" stamp on the copper bottom shows through very prominently from the inside of the pan (!). It weighs much less than our old Revereware sauce pan. Is the product just less durable now, or has "built-in self-destruct so you have to buy a new one sooner" policy crept in from the auto industry?

According to the info that came with the product, it was made in Indonesia.

We looked in several local stores but could not find Reverware at all, or could only find large sets, so we ordered it on-line here. Not worth it, it seems.

My wife says she won't buy Revereware anymore.

Yes it is expensive, but when it is available on sale then anyone with an induction cooking system should jump on this right away. Wonderful pan, cooks perfectly and is a joy to clean up. Just be careful and do not use anything that might scratch it. Very happy that I got this frypan and use it for everything now. I do wish it came with a lid but those are easy to find. A work of art as well as a pan.

Update: Great fry pan but the non stick surface does discolor with use. No problem with the surface, still works great, but it is a little darker. I have been careful with it to avoid scratching the non stick (keep in the drawer upside down, use only plastic spatulas, etc.) and so far that has worked.

As a professional chef, I was looking to update my cookware. I have had a set of Calphalon hard anodized that have been great, but nonetheless I wanted to upgrade. I was debating between All-Clad, Demeyere, and Royal Doulton. I have a new 12 inch All-Clad Stainless pan, so I bought one of the Royal Doulton 12" stainless to put it up against it.

First the overall impressions. The AC (All-Clad) was a fair amount lighter than the RD (Royal Doulton) pan. Both are tri-ply throughout with aluminum between the steel. From a design standpoint, I prefer the angled sides of the RD as opposed to the sloped sides seen in most other pans. The RD pans also were much shinier than the AC pan was. As far as size, the AC pan was a tad roomier. I assume this is due to RD's original measurements being in metric form. The handle of the RD pan was preferable to the AC's. From what I've heard, this is a fairly common complaint with All-Clad, albeit the only consistent one I've heard.

Now for performance. Both pans placed under a medium flame heated to searing heat within about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. The RD was a tad hotter, but not enough at that point to make a difference. Where there was a difference was in carmelization and fond development. The RD gave a much nicer color to the chicken than the AC, and the fond output was a bit higher with better color. After deglazing, the AC did clean up slightly better than the RD did with soap and water. After cleaning again with Barkeepers Friend, both pans had their orriginal luster, save for some slight marking on the bottom of the RD pan from the flames.

Overall I found the RD to be of just as good quality as the AC, and for a bit less in price. The RD pans are made in China whereas the AC pans are made in the USA. So depending on where you stand with that in mind will decide for you.

I don't use this super often, but when I do, The quality is always impressive. It's Heavy, gets hot quickly, and cooks evenly. Cleaning is really easy with barkeeper's friend. It also sits even on my electric ceramic stove and is well balanced, unlike most of my older pans.

This is very good pan for daily use. The most I liked about this is that it heats up very fast, and great for searing the steak, chickens and fish. With stainless steel handle and body, you can put in the oven without worrying about damaging it.

As with any stainless steel, clean up is usually a breeze. However, sometimes it leaves white marker on the bottom. But with few rub of Bar Keepers Friend® Cleanser & Polish: 12 OZ cleaner, it is as good as new. Good clean up also make food difficult to stick. The best way to make it non stick is to heat up the pan well first, and spray a little oil with Misto M100S Gourmet Brushed Aluminum Olive Oil Sprayer or Pam, and then start cooking.

I use this daily, not only for searing the food, but also for stir fry, making pancake, scrabbled eggs, and everything else. It's un-destructible with its solid build.

The only thing I don't like about it is it's lip. When you pour things out, the juice tend to drip to the side. Wiping with paper towel will remedy it.

Overall, I like this a lot. It's a good value that last forever. I will never go back to Teflon non-stick pan again.

This pan is the easiest to clean up of all the pans we have. Light weight too. We got it because of the ceramic coating.

My wife is very pleased with it. I just hope there is no extra coating on top of the ceramic. I don't believe so. It's much lighter then the Mercola pans which must be steel inside.

We love our new egg poacher. So many poachers cook only three eggs; this one cooks four. It fits inside a skillet and, because the handle is short, the skillet's lid will cover it. Each section is a rounded triangle, which is cute, and wider than a standard "cup" shaped poacher section. This allows the white of the egg to spread out a bit more, and results in the white cooking more evenly. No more jiggly whites! I was searching for an egg poacher and was glad to find that I could get one without having to purchase another skillet. This works great and all the eggs cook evenly without any feathering, waste or mess. I add a little butter or cooking spray to the egg chambers and they come out without any sticking. Butter works best. I use a silicon spatula to remove my eggs. They don't stick to the pan, but they don't slide out without assistance.

Since feathering is no longer a problem, I started using this to poach eggs for salads like macaroni, potato, and tuna. Instead of waiting on eggs to boil and then peeling them, I poach the eggs until the yolks are set, cool them and then dice. Makes great eggs Benedict. Just put a small dab of butter in each well before you add the eggs. I put my insert in a 12" Calphalon everyday pan with about 3/4 cups of boiling water. In about 2-3 minutes your done. Easy cleanup.

After finding out I couldnt use my mini charcoal grill on my apartment balcony, I needed to find a way to grill inside.

I was cooking on my Lodge cast iron pan, and while looking for another cast iron grill pan, i stumbled across this.

It works pretty good, but is a tad hard to clean, and takes a while to heat up.

I received the grill today and was amazed at how well it was built. It has a clean design and you can't see it in the pictures, but it has a very smooth bottom which makes great contact with a pan.

The good: Unlike most grill pans, the ridges are quite high off the pan which really helps to avoid steaming your food instead of grilling. It is made of cast Iron which is great if you are familiar with the pros and cons of CI. If you are not, this product will take a bit of getting used to. It is pre-seasoned which is a big plus.

I grilled a couple of jerk chicken thighs and they turned out quite well. Once again the height of the ridges really makes all the difference compared to other grill pan solutions. No steaming, ok grill marks and the majority of the jerk clumps stayed on the chicken.

I'm also excited to try it as a bacon press or a press for paninis. It seems like it might be the right weight to flatten bacon and the grate spaces will allow the bacon to fry instead of steam in the center. It may also be great for "chicken under a brick" on the gas grill.

The bad: Typically I sear steaks and things at medium heat on my gas cooktop with my CI pan. When I preheated this at medium heat for 15min and put the first thigh on it didn't sizzle. I left that one on and cranked the heat up to med-high and waited a few minutes and still no sizzle. Finally I went almost to the max and finally after a little more preheating the chicken sizzled. My pan was VERY hot and the grill-it was hot enough to create grill marks, but not even close to the heat of the pan. it is just strange that the heat doesn't transfer as well as I expected. So crank the heat, not a huge deal.

The idea that this is smokeless is plain silly. Fat, marinade, etc drips between the grates and hits the incredibly hot cast iron pan below and immediately turns into smoke (which is better than steam of course). My kitchen was full of smoke pretty quickly.

Cleaning is a bit harder than expected. Just plain meat or chicken without sauce/marinade would probably be easy to cleanup. Even the jerk sauce created a char between the pan and the grill-it that took more than a little elbow grease to clean up. I would imagine teriyaki chicken would take way more effort. After getting it clean, I treated it like all my CI and just dried it well on stovetop and rubbed it down with a little oil.

All in all I like the Grill-It a lot. The Grill-it will be a great multitasking addition to my kitchen. The price is a little steep for CI as a CI grill pan costs less than this unit. For me it is still worth the extra money because of how versatile it is.

Update 10/5/2013

Ok I pushed my luck and tried teriyaki tonight. Everything went great until I tried to clean the pan. The Pan Grill-it once separated from the 12"CI pan, which took a lot of effort, cleaned up pretty easily. On the other hand, the teriyaki sauce that dropped fused with the seasoning on the pan. I guess I'm re-seasoning my pan this weekend... how sad for me. Still like the Pan Grill-It, but it has limits.

This is a very nice little pan, with a very reasonable price (for AllClad!) though it is made in China. It is nice for reducing small amounts and for quick heating of canned goods. The bottom is rather tippy, though the handle is much thicker and more stable in the hand than most All-Clad products.

This pot is not weighted appropriately. We could easily tip the pan and ended up doing so when there was very hot sauce inside. The handle appears to be weighted too heavily. We are returning this pan because it is dangerous to use.

I supose I should have taken a closer look at the size of theese plates before I ordered ten of them. They keep your meat very warm which was the idea when I ordered them. Downside is that they are too small for a good size steak. When I serve a steak dinner I like to add the sides with them, (potato, mushrooms, etc....). If you are looking for a small plate for smaller portions then this is the plate. I wouldn't consider any portion larger than a 8 oz. portion, and that's it. I would recomend that if are considering a plate that is large enough for the main course and some sides, step up to the offered steak platter. I will, and congrats to those that are about to aquire some nice "small" steak plates....The art of giving goes on and on!!!!!!

When I decided I wanted this set it was "temporarily unavailable" on Amazon, and I did not want to wait. So, I found it locally at a store that is taking over the world. They had it in red, and just a few bucks less. This was perfect, because it matches my red and white ceramic baking set.

What isn't shown in the picture is the 2 pans shown uncovered are actually a perfect fit for the 2 smallest lids. So all 5 pans in this set can be covered, just not at the same time.

I do really enjoy cooking in these pans. All of the lids have steam-holes. I like cooking rice in the saucepan because I don't have the problems of boiling over or sticking to the bottom like my old ones. So far, nothing has stuck to these pans. They have been easy to cook with and easy to clean.

I had been researching and shopping around for a new pan set for a while and decided on the wearever pure living set for several reasons. I wanted to stop using teflon. I like my cast iron, but it's not always convenient, nor is it truly non-stick. I considered hard anodized aluminum, but learned that cooking in those pans added aluminum to food, especially when cooking acidic foods such as lemon or tomato sauce. Also many such pans are still coated with teflon.

Once I decided on ceramic coated pans, this pan set was an easy choice. I found significantly lower reviews on other similarly priced pans. I did find some sets that were reviewed just as highly, but they were far more expensive. And not all of them were cadmium-free. Plus this wearever set has silicone handles, so they can safely go in the oven. I really like that.

In summary, I'm quite happy with my choice. I feel like I bought the best pans I could have in my price range.

9/16/13:

Just a quick update. I've had these pans for almost a year now. A couple of them have minor scratches, most likely from being stacked inside each other for storage (they have rough bottoms). This hasn't affected their performance, and I still think they're more durable then teflon. Their ceramic surfaces have remained non-stick and easy to cook with. I still really like them. I would buy them again.

Pros:

healthier than most non-stick ones on the market (I wouldn't touch Teflon with a 9 foot pole)

the price is reasonable

the pieces are just the right shape and size

sturdy, not too light, heats pretty evenly

not nearly as heavy as enameled cast iron (which supposed to be THE healthiest cookware), which is great for the wrists

they do not slide around on my gas burner as some of my other pots.

cleans up really nicely and without effort. Seriously, no other cookware I owned before cleaned up as easily as this one, inside and out. A wipe of a sponge with a drop of dishsoap is all it takes, rinse, done. For this reason, I havent even felt the need to put it in the dishwasher saving energy.

it is husband-proof, even when he overboiled or burnt something, it cleaned up just as easily.

the handles stay cool and they are comfortable, I especially like the larger lid handles

the lids fit well and the tiny vent hole in the lid allows some steam to escape, preventing pressure from lifting the lid. No need to prop up the lid with a wooden spoon.

the lids are also heat proof and can be used in the oven as well

looks nice, the color goes with just about anything

I like the white interior, I can actually see how clean it is

made in USA, YAY, I'd like more manufacturing to return home. Sick of seeing contaminated Asian junk flooding our stores. (sorry, I couldn't resist adding that)

It's been a couple of months since I started using these pots and pans. I use them with the plastic spatula and ladle came with the set, but food started to stick on the frying pans. The pans do not appear to be scratched at all, but the stuck-on does not come off even after soaking them in warm soapy water for a whole day. For a few times, soaking did the trick, but no more. Also, the (inner) bottom surface of the small(er) pot has gotten several very small dark dots. I ran my fingers on the surface; I'm pretty sure tiny pieces of ceramic have chipped away. So, I was happy for the first few months, and I'm pretty disappointed now. I bought these for the non-stick surface. I read several Amazon negative reviews (1~3 star reviews) and found similar comments. I think $100 for 2 months is a little too steep. I'll try to work with the manufacturer. I will keep fellow Amazon shoppers posted.

I bought this set to replace Ecolution Elements Eco-Friendly 8 Piece Cookware Set. The Ecolution cookware was fine (particularly taking the price into consideration); however, the non-stick coating started to show numerous "micro" scratches over time although I used it very carefully. So, it was time to replace it. First of all, this WearEver cookware has very durable non-stick coating and cleans very well. Occasionally, I have to soak them in warm soapy water, but the color and smell of curry, for example, come right off. I have been using these pots and pans for about three months now, but I do not see any sign of scratch or wear.

This is a very well constructed cookware. When you hold it, you can feel it. It is heavy (in the nicest sense) and is sturdy as there is no screw that could get loose.

My favorite in this set is the deep pan with a lid. Because of the depth and the lid, it creates much smaller mess when I pan fry food. So, I really don't use the two frying pans that come with the set.

Finally, I wasn't sure about the Champagne Gold color when I saw it online, but I decided to go with it because it was slightly cheaper. I'm happy with the color, too.

Have had them for like three months now. 2013 review I bought the 15 piece set because I felt it was a better deal and came with all the lids and the steamer is pretty cool. This set has been amazing!

IMPORTANT:::: As long as you season the nonstick like the directions say the nonstick will stay for a long time. I used coconut oil to season the pans before I use them because coconut oil has really small molecules to penetrate deep into the surface.This keeps my pans looking great and very usable. I am loving the fact that they are nontoxic!

IRRELEVANT stuff ::::(p.s. LADIES::: coconut oil is the only oil on earth with molecules small enough to penetrate the hair cuticle and it makes a great hair treatment for less and it's all natural and great for the skin even as a natural lubricant ***wink wink **!!!!)

You would think because they are white on the inside that they would be hard to clean but since I use the coconut oil to season the pans the food just slides right off with hot water! They heat up super fast and really even on my crappy electric stove. I also love the handles very ergonomic and comfortable.

MUY MUY IMPORTANTE:::: FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS for care and you won't end up like some of these 3star 2star reviewers.

:::::DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT SETTING ON THESE PANS!::::: They don't need it! The medium-high heat is like high heat for these pans they evenly distribute all the heat very well. If you use high heat for everything you will ruin these pans.I had to drill that into my husbands head! lol

I will def purchase these again if I had to in the future!

:::::P.S. ALSO EQUALLY IMPORTANT:::::If you do buy them make sure you keep the cardboard packaging to stack them. DO NOT stack these unless you have a paper towel or something to protect them from scratching.

My wife and I bought these because they are better for your health. After a few months the coating started coming off. The manufacturer replaced 3 pieces of the set. The results have been the same. The finish comes off quickly and finish doesn't stay non stick using medium heat for very long.
