Very disappointing !! The wooden tray looks like a 1st year Wood Shop student made the tray. There are so many tool marks in the wood and the varnish is of very poor quality! The cast iron handle which one would use to pick up the hot steel tray is of very poor workmanship! This is a casting and the company did not bother to remove the flash from casting. If I were to keep this I would have to take a file and do major filing to repair to the cast iron handle to make it work on the tray. The handle would not fit on the tray to lift the tray properly. As for the cast iron steel tray, the tray appeared to me as though it was PAINTED BLACK. I for one am not real keen on eating on black paint !! Bottom line, The product is over priced and I would NEVER recommend this product!

Product is great for steaks. I ordered one then another after using the first. Pros: Keeps steak hot and juices on plate, great for reheating on grill also. Cons: Pretty pricey and I hope the wooden base holds up as long as the cast iron plate. If it does, it was well worth the extra money.

This is a very shoddy piece of merchandise. Beside the fact that the wooden platter has a finish that wouldn't hold up for 2 washings, the very thin cast iron tray does not fit into the hole securely. I can see the whole thing slipping off and hitting the floor on the way back to the serving table. It is so difficult to determine quality from a small picture on the web and this item was the perfect example. It looked reasonably substantial in the photo, but when it arrived It looked like it should be offered for sale at the dollar store.

We have parrots so I am just very relieved that I finally have a safe non-stick set so my husband will quit risking our birds lives every time he cooks something. It's a pretty standard set and has a nice silicone steamer that I can't wait to try out for squash sometime this week. So far everything is great. Had it about a month and doing good.

I would have liked to contact the seller first, but I couldn't find their contact info. The pans perform QUITE well. The nonstick surface is excellent. With these pans I use minimal oil or non at all. I enjoyed the steam basket to make my tamales. The only issue I have is the handle on the saute pan (med and large) keeps coming loose. My husband tightened them and next time I cooked the handle is loose again (this has happened repeatedly). The large pan with a loose handle and filled with food is definitely a hazard so I've stop using it. For the cost of this set I certainly didn't expect to have that issue. I do believe the pans I have may be defective. Hopefully the company will contact me (will post again).

I am so disapointed and very concerned about the health and safety of those who use these pans. I boiled some water in one of the saucepans and it gave off a horrible, toxic smell that took hours to fully air out of my house. Not only is the smell super gross, but also definitely seems like a health concern to me. So much for safe non-stick cookware.

This wok is so outstanding that I am buying another one. We use it for so much more than stir fry that we need another one. The real test was for omelets--no sticking at all. I have never seen anything like it and so quick and easy to clean. But, if you use eggbeaters it will stick (although we didn't try using more oil to try to combat that) but it does clean up much easier than a regular non-stick frying pan. The claim to be 10 times better at non-stick is for real. I would highly recommend it.

I love this two piece wok where I can brown things with no oil whatsoever; I turn the flame on low however and get the skillet pretty warm before cooking a pancake or for browning things. I brown onions, mushrooms, stir fry, etc. The lid fits tight enough to help aid in the cooking process, too.

I bought the Mauviel M'steel Frying Pan in the 8 inch and 9.5 inch this Christmas to replace some Calphalon Non Stick pans that were wearing out. Real Simple magazine had a review on this brand and indicated they were a great buy/great find.

They arrived very well packed, and had a layer of wax on them to protect them as well. It was a bit daunting to get the wax off, and took a bit of time to cure them--we did the process (peanut oil and high heat) two times, and then were very careful when cooking with them for a few times after.

The effort was well worth it! The pans are the perfect sizes for just an egg (8 inch) or eggs or an omelette or potatoes (9.5 inch) and they are completely non stick now. The handle feels substantial and very comfortable (I have small hands, my honey has big hands and we both like the handle equally). My honey says that eggs taste better in these pans than any pan he has cooked with in many years--and he is a wonderful cook with lots of experience!

We do not use soap, and we wash out the pans by hand, dry them and hang from our pot rack in the kitchen which protects them from bumping into other pots and pans.

We have used the pans almost every day since Christmas--10 to 12 times each at least.

I really like the way they look too. Very utilitarian looking, they make a statement about how serious we are about cooking and preparing tasty meals. The old adage "use the right tool for the right job" applies here--these are definitely the right tools for this "cook a lot couple"!

We are extremely happy with these pans, and expect that they will serve us well for many years to come.

UPDATE: It has now been several months and if it is possible to be even happier with these pans, well we are! Food just slides off them, nothing ever sticks, it's a breeze to cook anything and everything tastes better cooked in them--I don't understand how that can be, but it is! We cooked a cheese quesadilla recently with a little olive oil--wow--it browned up each side of the tortilla beautifully--melted the cheese perfectly--so the food was visually attractive and tasted great! We occasionally add more oil to the bottom of it, turn on the burner briefly, and then wipe it out. The pans have developed a beautiful patina--handles are still sturdy and I expect these pans to last a good long time.

I didn't buy this product from Amazon, but from another seller. However, I did feel compelled to review it here. Contrary to the other review, the process for seasoning this pan was quite simple. The key is to follow the directions on the card that is attached to the pan. The pan is coated with beeswax, so it must be removed. Beeswax melts at about 145 degrees so if your tap does not allow the water to get that high, it is best to do what I did: boil some water on the stove, drain it into your stopped kitchen sink, let it soak for about 5 min, pull it out, and wipe it off. Be careful though because the pan will be boiling hot. After that, put peanut oil in the pan, wipe it on the sides a little, heat it to about 400 degrees, let it cool, wipe it out with a paper towel. Repeat the oiling, heating, cooling, and wiping one more time, and then the pan is ready to go.

As I said above, this pan gets hot quickly. It's made of carbon steel like a wok, and is designed to get hot quickly for great sears. This pan has performed beyond my expectations when I have used it, and it keeps getting better non-stick properties as I have used it; just like an iron skillet does. I can understand why some restaurants use these pans. They are really good.

Simple elegance, functional, it just works. I use it for creeps, omelette, fish (not at the same time). Cleaning is simple just rinse with water or heat slightly and wipe clean with a paper towel. Looks like a very old piece in a matter of weeks, really cool patina.

This is my first purchase of cookware that's required seasoning. I've always found it intimidating, but I'm glad I went for it. On a side note, I've not had the pan for very long and I usually cook with a small bit of oil or butter depending, however fried eggs have been a breeze and I imagine fish or anything else will not stick to the pan either. I believe the non-stick performance will even improve as it continues to darken. Seasoning was really easy, but removing the beeswax coating was a bit of a pain. I'm so happy with my purchase as I can see this beautiful pan lasting a lifetime if cared for properly (no soap/detergent when cleaning and important to dry it well). I'm already considering buying more from Mauviel. The pan is packaged in a beautiful brown bag and it's really like a piece of art it's so well crafted.

I purchased theese at another store,much cheaper. I researched cookware for about 2 months and decided on theese and haven`t regretted one bit. I absolutely love this ccokware. I purchased a slightly older set,with a different design, but the quality is the same.This is a heavy set of cookware,so if you want a light wieght set,its not for you. It has 2 layers of stainless steel, one layer of copper abd two layers of aluminum. It cooks very evenly and not to difficult to maintain its beauty. I actually bought two sets,as one is hanging on my pot rack. Love everything about them.

I purchased these last week, and haven't used them much, but I LOVE them. I bought a larger 5 Qt Calphalon Contemporary Stainless Sauteuse at the same time ($100), and although I love the size of that pan, the Kirkland pans cook scrambled eggs better, are heavier, heat more evenly, don't stick as much, and since I bought a used set on ebay, were much cheaper for all 13 pieces than for the two-piece Calphalon pan with lid. Only some of the set was used, so a minute or less with Bar-Keepers friend on a couple of the pans and they all shined like new. I've cooked scrambled eggs with the skillet, and was thrilled at how well they cooked vs. the Calphalon. I read on other sites to heat the pan, add the oil, let the oil heat, then add the eggs, and WOW! no sticking, as good as non-stick, actually better because the eggs had smaller curds. I cooked eggs the same way with the Calphalon, and the eggs didn't stick until I stirred the eggs to scramble them, then I wind up with a thin layer of egg at the bottom of the pan.

The only thing that some may not like on the Kirkland pans, vs the Calphalon Contemporary is that the Calphalon pan is made up of two pieces the handle and the pan (all-clad or multiclad is what it is called I think), and the Kirkland is made up of three the handle, the pan, and the disk at the bottom of the pan where the aluminum and copper disk is, the aluminum/copper doesn't extend up the sides of the pans. The disk is attached well and isn't unattractive, it even has a copper band around it that looks pretty and cleans nicely with the Barkeeper's Friend. Personally, I'd rather have the Kirkland that is heavy and cooks well, vs the Calphalon that isn't near as heavy and doesn't heat as evenly (I put egg whites in the Calphalon, put the lid on the pan, and watched while one half of the egg cooked and the other half of the egg was raw and clear gas stove).

I'm really happy with my Kirkland set, I love everything about the pans, sometimes I even like to just admire their beauty.

Kirkland Signature 18/10 Stainless Steel 13 Piece Cookware Set (559728) We purchased a set of this cookware for ourselves and my son in law's mother on 12/23/11 and followed the washing instructions. When we wiped the cookware with white paper towels, a gray residue came off on the towel. So we decided to put them in the dishwasher and after each of 6 washings found the same problem. Costco's customer service manager did not return my calls. His secretary suggested trying another set from a different lot. We did this today with the same results. If you briskly wipe the inside of the stainless pots or lids with a damp paper towel a gray residue still comes off on the towel. I doubt you want to eat this. This product is NSF certified. I have contacted them.

Me and my husband had been contemplating whether to buy all-clad utensils or this set for a very long time.. the description of these utensils sounded really good and it seemed as if the two would be very similar in usage. However, I had been told that all-clad utensils were very good by almost anyone who had used them. Unfortunately, I didn't find anybody who had used the kirkland set to know how these performed in the kitchen. When this set showed up at costco, we decided to go ahead and give it a try. The utensils are heavy and that probably is the only drawback coz I am petite. However, I think that is necessary for even heating and good cooking.

These utensils need VERY little heat to do the job, and I mean it. If you cook at higher temp settings, you will burn your food. Even dry vegetable recipes can be made well since food doesn't stick to the base as much if you cook on low heat. These are easy to wash. I do not stick them in the dishwasher and handwash them to preserve their even surface. I plan on using them for a long time and we were even contemplating getting a back up set. These are multiple times by us daily. The one really big vessel is the least used, but we've found good use for that as well. Most of the pieces are good sized and will be used commonly. The lid handles tend to heat up if you're cooking dishes which require long cooking time, so be careful, but I don't think its a drawback. Eggs are the only thing which stick, however its still easy to clean.

We are satisfied with the product and will recommend it. We've finally found a substitute to non-stick cookware, as this is what we set out to achieve. I don't think I crave for all-clad utensils anymore.

I did exhaustive research on cookware and expected this to be comparable to some of the higher end sets selling for $350 $500. Indeed, the construction and descriptions all sound similar, and I did in fact go to Macy's to look at the higher end cookware, hold it to feel it's weight, etc.

My previous cookware was Calphalon nonstick, mixed in with some stainless pots that I grew up with (mom's old Revere Ware -which performed much better than this) and I am old enough to remember what cooking in stainless was like before non stick was all the rage.

I haven't had a very good experience with these. I was diligent in following directions on how to oil and heat the pans, but a couple of them, in particular one stubborn 10 inch fry pan, has just been a nightmare. Everything sticks to it no matter what I do or how much oil I put into the pan. I've spent more time researching how to clean and "fix" this pan than I did researching good, affordable cookware in the first place. Unfortunately, the only thing that has worked to some degree was easy-off oven cleaner. Since I bought these for improved health (to get away from non-stick) using oven toxic cleaner doesn't bode well with me. But, even after the oven cleaner and slicking the pan with oil, all the Bon Ami and Barkeeper's Friend, lemon juice, steel wool scouring pads, nothing has worked to get the pan clean from one night of fried chicken we made a month after we bought it.

The problem may be related to the way the interior is finished slightly grooved instead of smooth.

The pots are okay, and clean up well enough, although I have had trouble with stuff sticking to them as well. The lids are scratched just from having them in the sink with other dishes. We've never put any of these in the dishwasher (there's NO WAY the dishwasher would get them clean.)

These pots and pans scratch very easily. Due to having to use a metal spatula to get the stuff that stuck horribly, they're all scratched up.

The smaller (8") fry pan hasn't given me too much trouble, but enough trouble that I've resorted to my old Calphalon non stick for frying eggs for breakfast.

I've had these for 5 months, and was so excited to get them. However, I have cooked less in the last 5 months than ever before in my life. I think it's because these pans are such a pain, I'd rather eat out than have to deal with the clean up. Anyhow, I've probably cooked 30 meals in 5 months. They are pretty when you can get them clean. When I'd read reviews of people claiming they had nothing but trouble, I figured they just didn't know how to cook in stainless. But, there's something else going on with these. A design flaw or some other quality issue perhaps.

One of my friends had a much older set of these from Costco that is probably 8-10 years old. They were wonderful and I enjoyed using them when at my friend's house. Friend lives out of state or I'd be able to compare them better but the construction on these appears different than the old ones everyone raved about. I have learned recently that the older sets of Kirkland Stainless that everyone raved about were made by Tramontina, which at the time manufactured their cookware in Brazil. (Tramontina now makes similar cookware that is sold at Walmart but half of it is made in China.)Several magazines and cooking sites cited Tramontina as being as good a All-Clad for about 1/3 the price. I have compared the two, and All Clad is much better quality wise but for low cost cookware, Tramontina is still a better deal than the new Costco set which, nowadays, is just cheaply constructed and made in China.

Another note. There was some pretty stubborn grey residue that took lots of washing to get off when we first purchased these. I suppose it was factory machine oil.No other brand sells their pans covered in thick, grey residue. Also, these weigh, depending on the pan, up to twice as much as All Clad and other high-end brands.

If you are looking for the best your money can buy in this price range, I'd check out Sur La Table's house brand. It's $249 for 9 pieces when it goes on sale. If that's out of your budget, I'd go with Ikea's Favorit line -really good quality and costs less than this, once you buy the 7 piece basic set ($79) and add on the additional pieces. Tramontina at Walmart is better than this for about the same price.

Pro's: They are pretty.

I just got this wok. It was absolutely perfect, no cracks etc. There are several of these new light weight cast iron woks on the market now here and on e-bay. I wanted a flat bottomed wok because they work best on a western stove. With a flat bottomed wok you don't need a wok ring and you have more surface area near the flame so you can get enough heat to do a proper stir fry. I also like the long wooden handle instead of a plastic one. It is also preseasoned so that you don't have to go through the hassle of seasoning it, although it really is pretty easy to do on these new cast iron woks.

This new cast iron is as much stronger than the thin traditional cast iron sometimes used in chinese made woks and much lighter than the heavy thick cast iron woks that are widely available. Just don't try to wash it when its hot as reportedly they can crack. I have worked with both thick and thin traditional cast iron and this is clearly the best. With the thinner cast iron you can make more rapid temperature changes than you can with heavy cast iron.

There are several other kinds of materials used in woks.I also like the new thin light weight cast iron better than carbon steel because usually those are not preseasoned and I often struggled with keeping them seasoned. Whatever you do don't get a nonstick coated wok as the coating is damaged and comes off at high temperatures required for stir frying. Also avoid stainless steel woks as meat tends to stick so you need to use a lot more oil. You can't develop a seasoned coating on stainless steel. In my opinion, stainless steel woks are good for steaming but not for stir frying.

This wok is fantastic! I have used cheaper ones in the past, and have always been disappointed with the results. But I finally convinced my wife that spending 50$ on this would be worth it (we bought it at a store in the mall). I am so happy we bought it!

You can really see the quality of this thing. From the firm handle to the weight of the wok, the uniformity of it all is amazing. And it gets amazingly hot. My dinners now are absolutely amazing. I never knew my old wok just didn't get hot enough! I've used it three nights in a row now and want to keep using it!

I would definitely recommend this to anyone, as long as they know how to take care of their cookware because I would hate to see someone ruin this expensive wok by throwing it hot into a sink or not maintaining it correctly!

The lady in the store also mentioned that she wished she bought the cast iron one as opposed to her carbon steel one after I made it to the register.

This is a great WOK. I replaced an old non stick one. I can heat this Cast Iron one so much higher. Things cooked quickly and were not "steamed." Worked well on my stove top also -had to return several previously that were described as having a flat bottom, but when I received them the bottoms were not completely flat. Love that it is cast iron and I can use metal utensils. It really is lightweight. I have problems with my hands but was able to pick up the fully loaded Wok easily.

First and second orders were both delivered with one of the woks damaged with a huge crack which almost broke the wok in halves. I thought it was due to poor handling and shipping so complained to Customer Service, returned damaged woks, and got replacement. Undamaged wok does look good, until you start using it. I used it to cook only once and handled it with care. Before I had a chance to use it again the next day, a 3-4 inch crash showed up !!!

I own a glass top electric stove (GE Profile). It isn't easy to cook at a high temperature, but Joyce Chen's lightweight cast iron wok heated rapidly and cooked quickly with minimal splattering on my stove top. Another concern was that the wok might slip around the burner as I stirred and scratch the glass top. Although there was a small bit of slipage, the glass burner was not scratched. Perhaps this is because the bottom of the wok is fairly smooth rather than rough as some cast iron fry pans tend to be. Although warned to delay dipping in or filling with water while the pan was still hot for fear of cracking, I was pleased that the pan cooled quickly within 30-40 minutes and then could be washed. The entire process of cook and clean was simple with little mess and great results. I am very satisfied with my purchase. So take heart all you glass top stove owners; stir frying works wonderfully with this pan on a glass top electric stove!

I usually work with a 5 qt saute pan for the workhorse nonstick pan in my kitchen, and I don't usually spend a lot of money on them figuring that they aren't really going to last too long anyway. The last one I got was about twenty bucks from Costco and it did ok. When it finally died, I went looking for a new one. I found this on sale someplace and remembered that America's Test Kitchen liked the Simply Calphalon Nonstick 10-Inch Covered Omelette Pan, and figured it was worth a shot since it was from the same line. It was more money than I'm used to spending for this item, but I got a nice deal on it, so I went for it. I have been very happy with it. I love the big 5 qt size as I can make just about anything in it.

I love the helper loop as that makes it much easier to move the pan when it's full of food. Also, the handle, helper loop, and lid handle all have some silicone on them, so you can handle the pan even when it's hot. The handles do get warm, but I don't usually need to get pot holders.

The other thing I love is that this pan can go into the oven to 400 degrees. My only wish is that it could go all the way to 500 degrees. (I recently noticed that another pan from Calphalon can do that: Calphalon Unison Slide Nonstick 12-Inch Covered Omelette Pan, which I got for my son. But I really like the size and shape of the 5 qt saute and they don't do the Unison Slide in that pan at least, not yet. If they do, I will get one!)

It's heavier than my prior (cheaper) pan, but not too hard to handle.

It cooks nicely...everything I've made in it has been good, and I use this pan several times a week (I've had it for about a year now). It shows no sign of wear at this point but I do take care of it: no dishwasher, no metal utensils, etc.

This pan came with a 10 year warranty, I believe, and the Unison Slide I got for my son came with a lifetime warranty.

This is a great all around pan if you are looking for something larger than a fry pan. Great for larger meals. Not as heavy as regular calphalon which makes it easier to move around.

We were given this as a wedding gift 3+ years ago. Then I left it on the cooker and it slightly burnt the bottom. We continued to use it without problems since (just a little harder to clean). Now we just bought a new one as it is the most used pan we have. AWESOME product.

Unfortunately, they don't make 'em like they used to. Got this as a gift. It warped within one week of use. Sent it back to Calphalon under warrantee, they shipped a new one. It warped too. I am a standard home cook these pans shouldn't be so weak.

The pan is light weight, but the these light weight pans are more than adequate for my cooking style. First the pan is cleaned with soap and water. Next I boiled some potatoes peels in the pan for about 15 to 20 minutes to get clean the pan of the shipping coating. The pan is then rinsed with water and wipe dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. Next using some high smoke point oil like coconut oil to coat the entire pan. Put the pan in 400 F heated oven for about 20 minutes. Wipe the pan down with paper towels while hot, be sure to use a pot holder to hold the pan to avoid burning yourself. The pan is now really for cooking duties.

My first use with the pan was to pan fry a couple fish fillets. The fillets were seasoned with olive oil. I sat the gas stove burner on medium and put the new pan on to the burner without adding any oil onto the pan. After fifteen seconds or so and noticing the pan was becoming hot, I added a spoon of olive oil to the pan and I move the pan while still over the flame to have the one spoon oil spread out over the pan. I then transferred the fillets to the hot pan. The fillets were red snapper, not too large for the pan. After 3 minutes, I turned the fillets over and the fillets were easy to turn over on the pan, just like a nonstick pan would allow you turn over. And another three minutes, I transfer the fillets to a serving plate. The fillets looks professionally cooked as fillets were brown just perfect and the fillets were not broken into pieces. They were beautifully browned and in one piece. For cleaning of the pan, I poured about an inch of water in the pan while the pan is still very hot. I let the water remain in the pan until I finished my meal. I then just used a plastic scrubber to clean the pan. After cleaning and rinsing the pan clean, I wipe down the pan to dry the pan. To store the pan for my next cooking session, I put the pan on the stove burner on high heat for about ten seconds to ensure the pan is dry to prevent rust on the pan.

Since the pan is only about 2 lbs vs a heavy pan weighting over 4 lbs, do not over heat the pan by using a high flame to it. It is not necessary to use a high flame to cook your foods, a medium flame or heat setting is just fine. When I do pancakes on the pan, I use a low heat on the pan as I like my pancake to golden brown, not burned brown. The light weight pans are a good value just go easy with the heat. And you save on gas or electric using these pans.

By the way, in my cooking experiences with these pans due to lower heat setting that I use, the handle of the pan do not get so hot that I can not hold the pan handle.

These warp on high heat and put out noxious fumes. Absolute junk. Spend a few dollars more and buy Vollrath, which are french style, carbon steel, and are exceptonally good.

I received this pan as a gift and I love it. I mainly use it as a frittata pan and it works great. The nonstick works beautifully and the clean up is easy. I like that the pans hook together for easy flipping and that you can use the 2 pans separately. I had some friends over for brunch and used this pan to make a frittata. I'm not all that crazy about nonstick pans as I've heard there can be some ill health effects from the chemicals used in the nonstick surfaces. However, they are extremely convenient, and I also read that the chemicals are being phased out. This pan is advertised by Le Creuset as having a "forged hard-anodized non stick surface" and the surface seems much "tougher" than the old Teflon skillet we had before... less susceptible to scratches and seems much more durable. The pan itself is quite heavy, substantial and distributes heat well. The non stick surface works well, releasing food with no issues without any need for oil or sprays.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and can recommend this pan.

I replaced a worn-out 10" non-stick with this one by Le Creuset. Having other cooking utensils by Le Creuset made this an easy choice. I've not used it several times and find it of excellent quality and just as the product description describes it.

This pan has a very good shape, size, and weight for everyday use. The nonstick surface, however, has a tendency to wear off easily. By that I mean the Teflon coating disappeared with less than 20 uses. Company has been good to replace the pans free of charge under their warranty.

I was so disappointed when this item came. The vendor has the description listed as being 3.8 inches deep, not 2.8 inches deep like it is. They offered to refund my money, but I would have had to send it back on my dollar, and a cast iron lasagna pan would have cost too much to send back, so I decided to let myself be stuck with it.

Nice quality; however, the pan is nowhere near as deep as advertised. It is only 2 and 3/4 inches deep (total outside depth). Inside is only 2 1/2 inches deep.

This turns out to be the one of the best cooking purchases I've ever made. I used it for roasting vegetables and they turned out great. I've also used it as a casserole dish (baked and stuffed chicken) and everything came out perfectly done.

As for carrying a dish to another's house there is no comparison to cast iron for maintaining the heat.

I bought this from Amazon before a family Thanksgiving dinner that I was asked to bring stuffing. I used this pan, covered it with foil after cooking, and the stuffing stayed hot for hours. Clean up is a breeze too. I hope that Cuisinart will soon be offering many other pieces in this enameled cast iron at such a reasonable price as this. I absolutely recommend this pan!

I really like cast iron pans, so thought this would be great for lasagna and it is, but the size of this thing weighs a ton, especially when loaded with lasagna, which is heavy anyway. If you use this thing in the oven, you'd best have some pretty heavy-duty oven racks and some arm muscles to wrestle it in and out of the oven!

In my Mom's brand new Maytag Neptune stove the oven rack flexed, but didn't permanently bend the rack. A lesser oven rack would, undoubtedly, be permanently damaged.

The pan was so heavy loaded with lasagna neither my Mom nor I could get it into or out of the oven. Had to have my husband do it. I wouldn't advise putting it onto a dishwasher rack!

Clean-up was great...nothing stuck to it and washing was easy except for hefting it over to rinse.

I think I'd best look for a cermaic version of this same size pan.
