I Ordered this product on December 03, 2009. I did not hear from the company until after I inquired about delivery on December 28. Their response was that it was out of stock and would be shipped whenever it arrived. I have not heard any more from them, nor have i received this item.

The probe did not initially fit all the way into the slot on my fry pan. The center "male" part was fine, but the two "female" openings were too tight to let the "male" parts from the pan go all the way on. I opened up the control to find a tight metal band around each metal "female " receptor. I removed the bands, reassembled the control unit and now it fits perfectly and works quite well.
