Just received our shipment of 18 inch paella pans. They are, as advertised, heavy duty and well constructed. The mirror finish allows for easy cleaning and the side handles allow safe removal of the pans from the cooking surface. Would recommend them for any grill or fry pan cooking.

I was having 10 people for dinner and decided to make paella just a few days before. I ordered the pan prime shipping and it came right away (even thought it was in the middle of the Christmas rush!). The paella was not only delicious, but it looked terrific on the table in the large paella pan!

If You Eat Buy this! Built really tough. Smooth on glass top stoves. Nice and big for lots of cooking. Probably the best kitchen pan ever.
