How have I been cooking for so long without one? I love this simple little gadget.Huge bonus points for the fact that while making stew, I wanted to sprinkle in a bit of flour for thickness, and I was able to sift it through the splatter screen and blend it in without any clumps. I gave it a quick rinse and put it back on for splatters. So worth the price!

This is a great, durable screen. Couldn't ask for more for the price.We use them in the professional kitchen for steaming tortillas (as to make wraps) over a pot of gently boiling water. Invaluable tool. I stand behind this product.
