I liked that food does not stick to this. Easy cleanup.Purchased this pan as a supplement to my Costco Kirkland Stainless Steel Cookware.

Update July 4, 2013: Downside is that the pan is not flat and I have to prop the handle on a stack of saucers so the pan will sit flat on my stove. I don't believe I'd buy this pan again. I downgrade my review to THREE STARS INSTEAD OF FIVE.
