When I first received this pan I washed it out and gave it a try, all seemed well, it did the job well without sticking The pan takes longer than you might think to bring up to heat. Now the longer I use it the worse it gets, everything is sticking. I own a lot of cast iron and love it but this reminds me of the old China pots of the 80's. Its almost made well, the finish it rather rough and the handle is not quite wide enough for a feeling of control there isn't the feel of that $70.+ dollar pan. This is a lot of money for a single purpose pan and I for one find its not up to the hype. (Yes I've tried to reseason)I like the size and the heft, but disappointed in the smoothness. I hope that it gets a bit better as I use it and it begins to break in. Handle stay fairly cool, even when using high heat.
