These are great quality cookware I intend to have for a very long time. I've been trying to cook with them exclusively since i got them last month and I find that between the three of them I can make some amazing meals. My only qualm with the set is that the pan does stick quite a bit. I've come to use it only when sauteing vegetables with plenty of oil. Eggs stick to it terribly. When i try to cook a breaded chicken the breading comes right off and burns. I enjoy fried Halloumi and it also loses a layer to the pan. It seems to have more limited uses, but i'm hoping after some seasoning time it will become a little less stick-prone. Overall i'm very happy with the purchase.

There is no comparison to Lodge. You absolutely get what you pay for. Lodge is junk. Le Creuset is much heavier, much better made, much more durable. Worth the extra money. Easy to clean. I love everything about it including the heavy weight.
