I just love this skillet I use it mostly to do steak and it is superb!! nothing get stuck on it on the contrary it is juicy and because of the inside that it is not flat but has high and low surface it is incredible!! nothing sitck and cook so fast!! After I purchased my new stove and microwave, I was told that my stainless steel and cast iron cookware were not advisable to use on the smooth cooktop on the new stove for possibly scratching it. After researching different cookware sets I saw this part of the Rachael Ray line. I purchased this item first and immediately fell in love with it.My food cooked faster and I didn't need to use cooking spray or oil, it slid right off the surface onto the plate. It cooked evenly and efficiently and cleanup was effortless. I just washed it with warm, soapy water and voila! it's done. No need for scouring pads anymore. I loved this so much that I bought an entire Rachael Ray cookware set and enjoy using it every day. The red color goes perfect with my chili pepper kitchen décor, too.
It's well worth every penny spent and I will continue to enjoy it for years to come (the stainless steel pots and pans have a new home and I've saved the cast iron pans for use on the grill).
