The grill does what it describes perfectly. For indoor grilling very good ventilation is a must. Warms up very quick and is very easy to clean after use. The grill is dishwasher safe, but it's been, thus, far very easy to wash. Very sturdy stand, only improvement might be adjustable legs on the bottom for less than even surfaces.

I have a griddler that I use inside but sometimes the whole house smells of whatever is cooking. The indoor/outddoor griddler is ideal. While there's only one side versus the original girddler the cover makes all the difference. So easy to use and to clean. This grill is ideal for small, outdoor spaces. I live in an apartment with a small porch and this was the perfect alternative to a charcoal or large grass grill. I chose this grill after a hot charcoal grill top on our deck floor and burned it so bad there was a circle burnt through that floor.We also have a huge gas grill that is used only at reunions as it is just the two of us now.
This Cuisinart is large enough for four to six people and small enough for the two of us.
I use it on the back deckgreat in this heat... for light grilling, hotdogs, hamburgers, warming the tortilla's for taco's and for what we put inside... grilled shrimp, boneless chicken strips, fish. Pancakes, bacon, eggs... easy clean up, griddle and grill surfaces... just turn it over. I looked and looked ... glad I picked this one.
