Every non-stick cookware claims to be durable. But in every case, you'll find yourself replacing them because the teflon wears off. Ultrex is no exception. Granted I am hard on my teflon pans, but a company that claims it's teflon lasts longer than most ...not really.

How can you still this junk to the public when Ultrex(INNOVA) has gone out of business, and NO LONGER HAS A WARRANTY!

I have had an Ultrex set before. Loved it then and still love it. The only thing that bothers me is when I wash them they see\m to get water between the bottom layer and the pan. Boils out when on the burner. I would tell others about this and hope that the other sets are not the same way.

I love Ultrex! I have purchased a set for each of our vacation rental condos, as these pans last and last, even under abuse!
Nothing sticks, and clean up is a cinch.
I also give Ultrex as wedding gifts and Christmas gifts.

I just now found out Ultrex cookware was recalled years ago because it is dangerous.The coating can separate from the pan and be forcefully propelled from the pan. I had no idea until now. I bought two sets from HSN and they never notified the customers that the product was dangerous. The Ultrex company went out of business as soon as they realized the product was unsafe so that they would not have to cover the lifetime warranty. As usual, HSN claims no responsibility for endangering lives. Furthermore, it is illegal to resell a recalled product. Please do not buy or use this product.
