This pan works great, I have cooked various types of dishes in this pan and had no issues with sticking like other brands. Some brands you use a few time and it works then all of a sudden the food starts sticking to the pan, not this brand. I purchased this brand without knowing anything about it, and now I am glad I did. I highly recommend this brand and product, two thumbs up for me.
