I bought three of them and they work wonderfully. not a thing sticks to the surface and the aluminum that is encased in the non-stick coating is nice and thick. Worth every penny !

Pan works as advertised. I use just a small amount of oil to give the food some taste that you are cooking. Make sure you season the pan as the directions give you.
I love this pan so far and will buy more as gifts.

Lightweight and easy to handle without feeling cheap and skimpy, super easy to clean. Food doesn't always "slide" right out of the pan, but it doesn't tear or shred, just might need a bit of encouragement with a rubber spatula. Gets HOT and holds the heat like my cast iron. Extremely easy to clean. Seems very durable, and I only use plastic or rubber utensils, and non-scratch sponge. I'm very happy with this purchase, and have been using it 5-6x a week for about six weeks.
