This has become an essential tool in my kitchen. I now have several of them and have turned them on to my friends. Excellent quality. Makes a perfect egg (or egg sandwitch!)The only minor negative is that the handle gets hot. Not a problem for me, however. Try it you'll like it!...this is also a great breakfast pan for one or two eggs! Or toasting a few spices--although for that I prefer a Japanese spice toaster, only because it has a lid.
