Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is the second set of these pots I've owned-I'm rough on cookware. These are good pots, they heat evenly, they are not difficult to clean. After several years of use my first set has been burned all over. Despite this the coating has not flaked off or anything. These pots have flairs at the top and the metal is thinner than previous models. I didn't receive any additional benefit from the flairs.
Overall these are a good set of pans alhtough I wish they came with a larger frying pan. Would not hesitate to recommend them. You also might find this exact set in Costco under the Kirkland brand, a bit cheaper ;-)

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have wanted a hard anodized cookware set for a long time. I usually manage to ruin the surface of non stick cookware, despite using the specified utensils. This set is awesome. All of the items are really heavy and sturdy. They heat and cook beautifully and clean up like a dream. They are not to be washed in the dishwasher, this is something I wouldn't do anyway. I'm not fond of the "look" of the handles for the lids. They are perfectly funcional, and mine is just a personal opinion about the design. I can't comment now about how they wear over time, only having had them for four weeks, but right now I'm very pleased with them and highly recommend them.Best Deals for Cheap Download Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Have several pieces of cookware, that we have had for several years, that are hard anodized and have Autograph 2 bonded coating. Autograph 2 is a three coat process that renders a very durable surface that can be used with metal utensils. From experience I can say that it does live up to the claims of being tough, durable and very practical. We have had mismatched, abused and terribly old cookware in our drawers for years, I suppose after time that is the way one thinks cookware should be. This set claims that you can wash in the dishwasher, use on an induction burner, use metal utensils even cook eggs with no oil. Well, I tried all of the above, including the eggs....the set passed with flying colors.
The Hard Anodized aluminum, which is stronger than steel, has a good thickness and gives excellent heat distribution from the sides down to the very bottom, with no "hot spots". Tried most all of the pieces on the induction burner with no problems at all. Because of the non-stick I think its just easier to wipe out and rinse, really doesn't take much to keep this beautiful cookware cleaned, besides cookware takes up too much room in a dishwasher...at least, for us. The egg test---just used to putting gobs of oil in the pan and letting the suckers fry. I put no oil in the fry pan, cracked a couple of eggs and when they were done to perfection slid right out! My wife still likes the nylon utensils for cooking and insists they are better, I have used the metal spatula, while she looks not---no problem. We will use this beautiful set with the few other anodized pieces that we have and the rest is gone bye-bye!! This is a beautiful set, capable of setting endurance records....The process of tightly bonding the Autograph coating during the anodizing makes this a durable set with high functionality.
Very pleased with this set, it is tough, cooks extremely well, and looks great!
Would I recommend this set?--You bet!
I forgot to mention one of the features that I think has merit. The rivets that attach the handles are flat with the inside of the pans, they are also coated with the non-stick. That is a rare feature even in more expensive cookware such as this. I have had an easy time cleaning non-stick, but the right food always sticks there and sometimes gets under the edge. Also, the copper layer on the bottom, which conducts heat quite well really adds to the appearance. Well made, heavy duty, practical, and a pleasure to use. I'm now a great cook!!-----right.
Honest reviews on Cheap Download Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have used Calphalon cookware for years, with a few Belgique & All-Clad items to fill the gaps. I have often considered purchasing Anolon products, but for some reason I never could pull the trigger. I jumped at the chance to try these pots and pans, and I'm glad I did.Two big issues for me are always ease of handling & ease of cleaning. A pot can heat up quickly & evenly like nobody's business, but if it is a pain the butt to clean or handle on the stove pot, to me it isn't worth using. I have tried a variety of potentially sticky and messy foods in these, and have never had any trouble with cleaning. The handles are very nicely engineered for good balance, and are heat resistant. And of course, the cookware itself heats well & evenly.
So why only four stars? For one thing, I don't care at all for the lids. Glass would be nice, but it isn't necessary. What I would really prefer is a flatter surface that can store more easily, since I don't use the lids all that often. Big curvy lids waste precious pantry space. Most of my Calphalon lids are almost totally flat, and while this may no longer be in vogue, it is my druthers.
Also --8.5 inch skillets are just plain stupid. I ripped the Rachael Ray 76010 Stainless Steel II Colors Dishwasher Safe 10-Piece Cookware Set, Black for their even more miniscule 8-inch skillet, and I don't see why I should cut Anolon any slack for what is pretty much a useless piece of cookware. You can fry an egg, or grill a sandwich it. Big deal. I fail to see the point in even manufacturing something in these dimensions.
Despite those complaints, I have been quite happy with the set as a whole. It is a good value. I still prefer my Calphalon cookware (still working great after almost 20 years), but I wish I hadn't ignored the Anolon line for all of this time.
