Bought this pan at Costco for something under 25 bucks. Am a long time user/fan of this company's skillets and this pan looked a real winner. Love the concept of hybridizing a skillet with a wok with a fiesta pan with a chicken fryer with a dutch oven. Love that concept! Problem being here, is that those darned handles get too hot. There isn't enough silicone covering the metal, and even what silicone that is there, doesn't stay cool enough. It's a real shame too, because the idea was stellar.Best Deals for Reviews of Download Tramontina: Everyday Pan ~ Porcelain Enamel

20 years ago, Caphalon introduced their "everyday pan" which was *the* perfect pan for anything which needed to start on the stovetop and finish in the oven: paella, baked omlets, frittata, etc. We loved ours to death. Sadly, Caphalon changed the design of their everyday pan back in '95, squashing it and making it useless. Now, Tramontina has introduced their version, which is almost identical to the original perfect Everyday Pan. We can make paella at home again! It also works as a wok if you don't have one.
Buy one, you need it. I bought two, in case it gets discontinued again.
