Wife and I have tried several versions of non-stick Crepe pans. They lasted about a year and the coating would wear out very quickly... even when using plastic utensils. The Cuisinart Pan is made of triple ply stainless steel along with an exceptional coating that holds up well when using metal cooking tools. The coating is called "Eterna" and is much more slippery than Teflon. Clean-up is easy and can be wiped with a paper towel or put in the dishwasher. It will withstand oven temperatures of 500 degrees F.Price on Amazon is very reasonable compared to stores.

these are the best crepe pan i ever owned. clean up is easy and the Indian crepes comes out perfect each time. low to medium heat is enough for everything..edit: i am giving 4 stars because today i noticed a slight warping in the pan... it does matters when having glass stovetop.
