I have owned two of these pans for just over a year. Use them almost daily. High quality interior and exterior. I hand wash immediately after use. Bought them for my induction cooktop in another state. Now in another house where I use them on electric cooktop. I bought the glass cover as well. Absolutely tremendous pans. By the way, I do not use oils or grease or Pan just water or broth. I have learned to let ingredients get to "dry" and then add some water gives the same brown color and flavor as using oil, without the calories and greasy feel to foods. I highly recommend this pan

My Sister in law turned me on to the Swiss Diamond non-stick fry pan last fall. And then I recently purchased an induction range so I had to overhaul my cookware. Amazon is the only one to carry the induction version of the Swiss Diamond pan. It's AMAZING. I would buy it 10 times over and recommend to anyone who is looking for a durable non-stick. The non-stick will not flake off over time, which means that you buy it once not once a year. Very Lightweight. Very conductive so I barely cook on high heat.Best Deals for Buy Download Swiss Diamond Induction Fry Pans
My husband and I bought this frying pan because we do a lot of cooking and go through the cheap ones in just a few short weeks. Even the more expensive pans usually start to lose their non-stick coating in a month or so. We were a little apprehensive about spending so much money on one frying pan, but it is well worth the cost. I highly recommend these pans for anyone who does a lot of cooking and gets tired of replacing their cheaper pans.Honest reviews on Buy Download Swiss Diamond Induction Fry Pans
We installed a new induction cooktop and had to replace our non-stick skillets. When I told my wife I was going to buy this skillet at over a hundred dollars she said no way. She was used to the cheap $20 items. I made the splurge and bought it anyway and now she raves about it. She wants to get one for all of our daughters for Christmas. The cooking surface cleans very easily and both inside and outside of the skillet have the same non-stick coating. Ingenious! This skillet cleans up very quickly! The skillet has a good mass and holds heat well making for even cooking. Highly recommend this for anyone with an induction cooktop. They have other models for conventional gas and electric stoves that are made of aluminum. This one has a ferrous core so it will work with induction units. For those concerned about size of the 11 inch skillet. The inside diameter at the top of the fry pan is 11 inches. The diameter of the pan bottom heating surface is 9 inches.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Buy Download Swiss Diamond Induction Fry Pans
When I first tried this pan, I almost sent it back. On both a Max Burton and a Duxtop induction cooktop, it takes a long time to heat up, and even on the highest setting, it maxes out at medium-low heat. Both cooktops sometimes get an error for the first few seconds because they can't detect enough magnetic metal. But it always eventually works, and I decided to keep it because I got it for eggs, and it works great for eggs. Now I'm also using it for pancakes. With stainless steel or cast iron, it's hard to get the temperature just right, and induction heat tends to focus in a ring around the middle. But this pan is exceptionally good at spreading the heat, and the inevitable temperature is guaranteed golden brown. I'm still going to use cast iron for fast frying and stainless steel for liquids.
Edit: I've removed a star because the nonstick surface is not that tough. Even though I've been careful, it's getting scratched a bit. Also, it's frustrating that induction cooktops have trouble detecting the pan. I've never had this happen with cast iron or stainless steel, but with this pan it's impossible to use the two lowest settings, because the induction comes on and off and it keeps getting an error. Even to use a higher setting with continuous induction, sometimes I have to trick the burner by starting with a steel pan and then quickly switching to this one.
Also, in response to a question I've taken exact measurements: The top rim is 11 inches on the inside and 11.5 on the outside. The bottom that touches the burner is just under 9 inches. And the cooking surface diameter is 9.5 inches.
