These are extremely sturdy. They're constructed of thick high-grade metal (aluminum), not the thin and flimsy stuff you usually see in consumer cookware. When they claim these items are "commercial grade", they mean it.
The handles are riveted to the body, not attached with screws which ultimately work loose, in my experience. The handles have a very nice and comfortable ergonomic grip made of some type of rubberized material.
The non-stick coating is very impressive. It looks nice and feels substantial, but more importantly I did some on-line research on this "Eterna" coating, and apparently it's an extremely high-performing material, both as to its non-stick performance as well as long-term durability.
The proof of that will only be revealed by time and use, of course, but the testing data is very impressive. You can look it up on-line for yourself.
Is twenty bucks a pan a bit pricey? It depends on what you're looking for. There are certainly cheaper pans out there... but in this case I do think you get what you're paying for.
Strongly recommended.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have been using these pans for more than a month now, and have been mightily impressed with their performance. They heat up nice and evenly, and also cook evenly. Although it's kind of early to know how they will perform in the long run, so far the non-stick coating has held up well. They have a nice solid heft to them, the kind of feel that gives a person confidence that this is a good quality product. I like the silicone grips on the handle. So far, I cooked everything from scrambled eggs to grilled cheese to pork chops and everything has come out wonderfully. This is a really good price for quality cookware.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program These sturdy non-stick pans feature a rubber-gripped handle and an excellent quality finish. They heated evenly and the non-stick surface performed well. Although no lids were provided, a standard-size lid fit acceptably for covered cooking. The user should be aware that their sturdy build makes them somewhat heavier than other pans their size. Note: the evaluation of this product was limited to a thirty-day review period; long-term use could not be evaluated.Honest reviews on Buy Download Clipper 315-90011 10-Inch Commercial NSF Nonstick
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Have you ever poured scrambled eggs out of a pan once they are fully cooked? I never would have guessed it was possible until I used these pans. They are almost unbelievably nonstick. At 10 inches, they are a good size for many of the things I cook. I still add some olive oil to the pan when cooking meats, but that's mainly for flavor since nothing I've cooked has stuck to these pans yet. The handle is comfortable to hold. It says they are dishwasher safe, but I haven't tried it. I'm in the habit of always hand washing my nonstick pans and I do the same with these. They come clean very easily.
My only minor concern is that the finish could get damaged or scratched if these pans are stacked one on top of the other. The bolts that attach the handle are rough on the outside and I fear that if stacked for storage, the one on top would scratch off the finish of the one on bottom. It hasn't happened to me, but I'm careful to keep them separate.
Overall, these pans are easy and cook well. I'll certainly recommend them.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is the best pan I have ever used to fry eggs or make pancakes. My grandkids like pancakes for breakfast or dinner, so it is great to have two of these pans. Nothing but nothing sticks to these pans. The fried eggs and pancakes just slide off without any problem. These are much easier to use than any of the cast iron products that I use daily. I am not a foodie or a gourmet cook. I cook as little as possible and yet I seem to do it regularly. I have used nothing but cast iron pans for most of my life. The old fashioned black kind. They require a little care to keep them seasoned. After getting these pans, I have used them almost daily. The pans are somewhat heavy and the handles get a little warm. That is absolutely all the negative comments that I can make. I am not sure why they packaged two of the same size pan together. But I suspect that if I was a gourmet cook I could find uses for both of them daily.
I was curious about the NSF certification. I looked it up at http://www.nsf.org/ and discovered it is a food safety accreditation agency. It never says what NSF stands for, but I always think NSF stands for National Science Foundation. But this NSF is an independent public health and safety organization. So I think the NSF certification is for the safety of the teflon lining and perhaps the safety of the design.
