After getting a 7-hole ebelskiver while staying in my sister-in-law, I fell in love with the ebelskiver concept. I needed a smaller one to fit my luggage and I got this one with 5 holes. It's excellent. It does not stick (I always spray oil before the first round of ebelskivers) and it's actually easier to work with because you'll be managing 5 instead of 7 at once.
