I have been researching ceramic pans for about a month and this set caught my eye. Once I received them I could not wait to use them. The perform as advertised, you only have to use a limited amount of oil. Nothing sticks to these pans. My only advise is do not use high heat, for it will discolor the white finish.

after just one use the bottom is scratched on both pans we used, The red paint is peeling off. The white surface is super easy to use and clean

Looks great; have used the small fryer several times and everything glides right off. Used a plastic spatula and no scratches!

I really like this set. I was worried it might not be quality because of the low price but they are very nice. I don't wash them in the dishwasher but I don't have to because they clean up really good.
