My wife uses this skillet almost every day. It has great depth and with the glass lid you don't have to lift the lid to see inside. Great product.

I would have given 5 stars but I somehow assumed that the pot has a non-stick surface, it does not.

Otherwise, it has a very flat underside which means it sits securely on a glass top range. It also is precision induction cook top compatible and works well with the NuWavePro although the NuWavePro has its own shortcoming.

It is also oven compatible.

So overall I am quite satisfied and the construction is such that the pot is likely to out last me.

This is my favorite sauté and fry pan. Although a bit heavy, it is well worth it. Cooks like a dream on any type of stove.

I must state up-front that I have an "Induction" stove top. This pan, as well as the others I have from Chantal that I have been using for 9 months, work great. They heat evenly and thoroughly; clean easily with just soap and water, and the slight interior stains from some items is simple to remove with ceramic polish. The color pops and the glass lid makes it great for monitoring the cooking progress (with the induction stove top, it goes fast!).

They are a bit heavy; but, not excessively so. The small grip handle helps maneuver when the pan is full.

This is great cookware. It's easy to clean, gives very even heat, is great with our induction cooktop. Make sure your cook is strong though; it's heavy.
