I use this pan regularly. I cook eggs every weekend and also use it during the week. It is VERY easy to clean if you use it properly. Always make sure the pan is HOT before putting food in. After its hot put in your oil or butter then immediately your food. Its best to use a stainless utensil to cook with. NEVER "steam" it by washing when hot. NEVER use soaponly hot water and a clean rag or paper towel. Always dry and season immediately (I use olive oil). It's very light weight. Quality pan.

I find it hard to get the pan clean without using soap, so I am reseasoning after every use. It is still pretty heavy for a little old lady with not very much muscle. If you are strong and healthy, I recommend it.
