My husband and I love mexican. I bought the skillet to make healthier fajitas at home. Works perfectly on the grill. Veggies and meat grill easily on the slotted skillet, while all the unwanted fat drips away. I love that it came with a potholder and wooden dish to rest fajita skillet on. Easy clean-up as well!Didn't notice the slots in the grill pan, they were covered in the ordering photo...pretty useless to serve in, juices run thru and make a mess. Nice quality pan and board, where is one w/o slits???
