We go through non stick pans really quickly. The surface always scratches, burns, gets gunked up with baked on oil. These pans are amazing. Even when the teen over cooks his eggs without oil.
The cooking surface has a slight texture and I think this helps a lot. I was pleasantly surprised, and these are still holding up beautifully.

I bought these to replace some old cookware that I had since they were old and worn out. So far they look great and cook great. I havent had any issues yet. I do have some other Farberware cook ware that I have bought in the past so I thought that I would try these. I also have some Calphalon cook ware bought since these came with all three sizes I decided I would buy these for now. I would recommend buying these skillets especially if you are on a budget and they do cook great. Thanks Farberware and Amazon for the fast shipping.

These are not the sturdiest pans. The aluminum is lightweight and if you drop one, it's GONNA DENT, but the nonstick is great.
