I bought this item and used it for only one month before it broke. The problem is that the basin holds more weight than the handle can manage. So with a pound and half of cooked stuff in the fryer, if you lift from the handle, it will break at the joint. Even though All-Clad is much more expensive, you're better off going with their chicken fryer because they bolt the handle to the basin (whereas Innova just staples the handle on). In fact, most other brands bolt the handle on to their chicken fryers. I don't know why Innova hasn't caught on.
I still gave 2 stars because the company accepted the return, although I did have to pay shipping.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It does everything I want, is of good weight, and so far I can't find anything that I don't like about it. I always hand wash my pots & pans so don't know how it would do with use in the dishwasher.

I have been using Innova Stainless pots and pans for years and would recommend them as a quality product. I enjoy using them.
