I loved it when I first got it. I used it 3-5 times a week for just about everything. I always use a bit of oil with my cooking and use the proper oil for the proper type of cooking (high, medium and low heat). After about 8 months, I didn't change what or how I cooked but things started to stick. Clean up was still a breeze. About a year into using it less and less because everything stuck, it lost it's non-stick completely. Even clean up was hard.
Then came the egg incident. I was making eggs for my small sons. I got distracted and they cooked just a little too long and browned. They completely stuck. I had to use a rough dish cloth (no scouring pad) and scrub and scrub to clean it off. When I was done, there were spots all over the pan where the ceramic coating had come up.
I contacted the company and let them know. Their response wasn't a surprise but I'm still disappointed. They told me I could send it to them at my expense. They would examine it and decide if it was a manufacturers defect or not. If it was, they would send me a replacement pan but couldn't promise it would be the pan I bought. If it wasn't, they would do nothing. The whole process would take 4-6 weeks once they received the pan.
I bought full price of about $130 including taxes. My other high-end non-stick pans are going strong after 12 years. I'll just keep buying those.

Pleasantly surprised with how heavy duty these are. Actually prefer these to the far more expensive All-clad pans we are gradually replacing.
