Purchased this griddle since I had the complete cookware pots and pans. I am totally pleased with the griddle as nothing sticks to it. You just run it under water, add a little dish soap and in seconds the griddle is perfectly clean. Highly recommend buying this product.

I used to always use butter to cook pancakes. This pan does fine even without butter. They brown and crisp nicely around the edges and release very easily. It's a very nice pan.
