I bought these pans as an inexpensive way of making cheesecake. The cheesecake baked well and the pan cleaned up nicely. The three pans stack neatly together and fit in my stove drawer. My only complaint is that the pans feel flimsy... the bottoms fall out easily if you're not careful, and it feels like the metal will bend or dent.

I bought my set about a year ago. I've only used the 10" pan four times. I use it for cheesecake and aside from it leaking like a sieve, it's worked pretty well. Today, without any indication of problems, the nonstick surface decided to stick to the cake rather than the pan. It looked like someone painted my cake black. I wish I could give a "0" rating.

These pans are horrible. Bought these in February 2011, used them 3-4 times and the non-stick finish on the bottom is literally peeling off. Dangerous, wouldn't you say? No one wants to eat non-stick finish. Amazon should stop selling these all together. They would not guarantee me a refund, because my 7 day window had expired. So, who in their right mind, buys pans and bakes non-stop for 7 days to see if they're going to be all right? Really! Very disappointed in the pans and very disappointed in Amazon on this particular return issue. I'm throwing them away.

I've had these for about 4 years. They are definitely NOT non-stick pans. When I have run a sharp knife between the cheese cake and the pan to make it release the coating just starts peeling off like paper. It's done it on all 3 pans. I need to throw these in the trash and get new ones!

I really like these pans for $10.00. I did not have a problem with leaks. I use them primarily for cheesecakes and they seem to work great so far
