This is a great little egg turner and that is why I gave it five stars. It is great for using in small skillets to turn eggs and stainless steel is very durable. I recommend this turner to all people who like to cook in small skillets.

It is light-weighted but very sturdy. Just rinse it with water and it is shining again! What's more, the handle stays cool for a long time. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am very pleased with the Chef Craft stainless turner. It was exactly what I expected because I had read the reviews. It is a short handled turner which is perfect for the two small cast iron skillets that I use for eggs or sautéing. You could use it for larger skillets as well, just be aware that this is not a regular length for a turner. I like that the handle is thin because all those fat handled utensils take up so much room in the utensil holder. You don't actually need ergo handles for an item that needs no pressure to use and that you will hold for only a couple of minutes. It's constructed of one solid piece of stainless so nothing to break, burn or scorch. You may need a longer handled tool if grease splattering is a problem when frying particular foods. I use low heat, so not a problem for me. Not a good idea to let this utensil rest inside the skillet while it is hot because the heat will transfer quickly to your spatula handle (just common sense). So glad I purchased this handy little tool. I have also ordered a long handled spatula from Chef Craft . I have thrown out all my old funky nylon kitchen tools at last. This product arrived within 5 days of my order with free shipping on orders totaling $25.00 or more.

It's important to read the measurements. This is a little spatula, great but little. Gave 5 starts because it's a good spatula just small.
