Good purchase. Excellent quality and construction. The first thing I noticed was how thick the aluminum was. Hard-anodized aluminum with very even heating. Handles stay cool and so far durable non stick with no scratching.
I would say the non-stick is average with some food sticking at times but a long lasting non-stick.
This is Consumer Reports 2nd place rated cooking set.

When my recent "ex" moved out after 7 years, I was in dire need of some cookware. I trucked over to Amazon to check things out. This is the first place I lived that had a gas stove (which I love), so I needed some sturdy pots and pans. The product is absolutely great. It can take the heat well. The handles take forever to get hot, but when they do, it takes almost as long to cool down. I can say it will survive any burned-in food (I tested it :) and just wipe clean. They are heavy, though. Probably not the best for an electric stove. I use them daily, as they are my only cookware set.
I only wished that there were more lids. When you buy it, you get a little brouchure of some of the other stuff, which I'm keeping. I fully intend to order more of this line.
BTW: I like it so much, that this is my first review and I've been with Amazon since 1998.
Best Deals for Buy Download Anolon Titanium Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Piece
We just received our new Analon Titanium Cookware set, and all I can say is WOW! They are very heavy duty, have a lifetime warranty on the nonstick, and look to built for a serious chef's kitchen. The lids are brushed steel (not glass) and transferrable between pots. Two useful additions might be a large flat griddle (for pancakes, cheese sandwiches, etc.), and a steamer. Both of these can be purchased separately. The manufacturer booklet suggests limiting the use of cooking oil. We tried this and were surprised to find that it worked very well. Obviously some things still require oil (e.g. fried chicken), but overall, the pans do a good job of browning. Also, my wife insists that we hand wash them, even though the instructions explictly state that they are dishwasher safe.
Despite someone's post to the contrary, the pans definitely do not tip over due to handle weight. I've had Caphalon and many other pots/pans before and the Anolon Titanium are easily the best I've ever owned. Given their very low price ($189 at time of this writing), I can only conclude that these are a fantastic deal. Snatch it up while you can!
