I first found out about Fissler products in Asia. Here in USA, we only know about All-Clad, after using my first set of Fissler (pan and cover) I would rate Fissler products to be well designed. The dome cover is very unique, it makes cooking so fast and keeps the moisture. The first time I am able to fry food with a crispy bottom and moist top (fish, pork), and vegetables can be cooked without fat and with very little liquid to retain the juice.
In short, an ideal setup for low-fat, flavorful cooking. 5 stars for performance, 4 stars for being expensive.

The pan is amazing for omelettes , scrambled eggs etc...Nothing sticks and it is extremely easy to clean. The eggs are just perfect. Even the occasional cooking husband can make very nice breakfast eggs with it. The eggs dont burn , are easy to turn and have a pefect consistency.
