I was very skeptical looking for that perfect pan and kinda do not want to part with my money if the product does not work for me. This pan is just about as perfect as it can get. When they say non stick they created this pan in mind. First it is made in the USA, the nonstick coating is almost similiar to iron cast which is much healthier for you. I have cooked eggs, sauteed chicken and warmed up just about everything and all I get is perfection. I have truly found my best friend to cook in. Superior quality so far to anything I have used and you cannot beat the affordable price. Best purchase so far on Amazon.
