This is a good, solid aluminum saute pan with a tough non-stick coating. It works great. So why only 3 stars? Because the handle is awful. It's just a flat slab of aluminum that feels clumsy in your hand and, because it's the same metal as the pan, it gets just as hot as the pan. You cannot touch it while cooking without a potholder.
