A dream to use. I am the cook a picky about what I use. I have a bunch of pots and pans for give awaythey either did not work as non-stick or gave off harmful fumes. This is the best pot for the money. I gave my daughter one for her birthday.Have had this for almost a year and use it nearly everyday. Has held up well, easy to clean and lightweight!
