We bought a 12-inch GreenPan and when first using it, we needed to coat the pan with oil and items still stuck. Recently when cooking mushrooms with medium heat, they burned on, an effort to get the black residue off. This morning was my the last straw as we had fresh blueberries and was excited to make my wife some nice pancakes with maple syrup. The first pancake stuck and broke up when trying to take it out of the pan. I added vegetable oil to the pan for the second try and, again on medium heat, the pancake stuck and a 6'"x 3" portion stuck to the pan and took some effort after soaking, to get rid of the cooked on residue. Our experience is that the pans are way over priced and do not work as advertised.

Contrary to the other reviewer's experience, I've had mine for over a year, nothing has ever stuck to it and the non-stick is in just perfect condition. No discernible wear at all! I often go from browning to finishing in the oven or even melting cheese on top of things beneath the broiler and I've never had a lick of trouble with it. The heavy glass lid fits very well and makes a great combination. I bought mine from Target, I believe for about $40.
