Very good workmanship. Bottom is nice and flat so gets hot fast and efficiently. This pan cooks evenly on "3" what I used to cook on "5" with my old thin, warped pans.The nonstick surface is great. However I prefer a heavier skillet as it heats up so quick, oil smokes or food sizzles. Even on low burner have to watch it closely.
