This is a very nice skillet in all ways except it has a major problem with sticking and removing the stuff that is stuck is very difficult. Otherwise it is a very nice skillet, very attractive and heats well.I felt iffy about this pan, no Teflon and non-stick, how can that be?? But I'm VERY happy I made this purchase. Whoever had a problem with this pan is a curiosity I have had no issues whatsoever.
