I love the Epicurean Kitchen Utensils. I got the cutting board and I love it so when I saw this on amazon, I just want to get it because the turner I got from another brand is silicon and it has been melting a little because of the high temperature. This material is so nice, I think it's better than the regular bamboo. I like stirred frying stuff with this turner, but when it comes to picking up the food, it's a little bit tough since the turner is designed like this. It's straight and it's a little bit too small to pick up a lot of food from the pan.

These were priced right and were additions to the bamboo utensils I already had.
Most of my cookware is not non-stick, but I try to take good care of the pieces that are.
They serve the purpose and the dark color keeps them looking new longer.

I love that this is made in the US, and is easy care. Definitely does what I wanted. Washes up well in the dishwasher or the sink. I will be looking for more products to replace my old plastic ones!

I went to try scrambling eggs & tossed it in the sink, opting to use my iSi Basics Silicone Spoon Spatula which I've become quite fond of. I bought this thinking it would replace my cheap lightweight bamboo turner that I stir fry with. Perhaps with time I may become accustomed to it. I start to use it & go back with using what I'm comfortable with. It's great that it's dishwasher safe whereas my old bamboo wood one is not. The Epicurean spoon is better for stirring/cooking with.
