While we have not used this for a long time, it is a pleasure to use. This being the non-stick version of an All-Clad product. It does what a good pan is supposed to do by being perfectly flat on the bottom which makes it perfect for a smooth top electric range. It is heavy enough that it stays put but not so heavy as cast iron. Cast iron is phased out in our kitchen as we are too old and shaky to manhandle the weight of iron. The non stick coating is nicely done and perfectly smooth and truly non stick. It heats evenly across the whole cooking surface like a good pan should. The nice domed top included makes it useful for such things as braising a pot roast etc. One interesting thing is the guarantee says it is void if you use any cooking spray on it, otherwise it has a lifetime guarantee. I never liked cooking sprays in any case. We can happily rate this a full 5 stars.

The non-stick coating on this pan started to peel off only a month after I recieved it. Couldn't convince the person I talked to on the phone there was a problem. She suggested I ship it back at my expense so they could judge weather the product was faulty. I am dissappointed that such an expensive product had such a poor attitude towards their customers

I like the outlook of stainless steel utensils but most stainless steel flat pans are sticky, so it's very hard to clean. This Skillet is a perfect combination and very easy to use. The volume is perfect and it's not too heavy. Best Skillet ever!

This pan is perfect for a quick omelette or a small meal. It's efficient and easy to clean. While its expensive, its worth the money since you will have it for a long time and how quickly I can clean something factors into my overall dinner time. I didnt think I was going to have a use for the domed lid but was surprised at how many times I used it. Keeps food and eggs warm and the non stick coating doesn't scratch easily. Great product, worth the investment

I use this skillet the most frequently of all of my pans. I do love the nonstick properties. All-Clad does cost more but the quality of this cookware is worth the added expense. I expect this to last many years. It heats evenly and does not burn food easily. If you try one piece of All-Clad you will be sold.
