This this is so durable and reliable. It gets hot fast and cools down fast. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a good skillet to cook with. My only recommendation is you do not use a metal spatula/spoon or any cooking utensil with this pan because it will chip and any food you cook in the chipped pan will be tainted with metal.
