Um, wow.
First, the craftsmanship rocks. When you pick them up the first time, there is no doubt in your mind that the people who designed and made these were proud of their work and damn good at it as well.
Second, performance. A month and 20 very messy omelettes (sp?) after reaching my doorstep, the following is the process for cooking and cleaning up with a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in the pan at medium high heat (gas range), drop in a handful of mushrooms followed 2 minutes later by one handful of grated mozzarella, 3 slices of muenster cheese, some sundried tomatoes, and some prosciutto. Just as the cheese is about to melt (the edges of the grated cheese begin to slump, in other words), dump in 4 eggs and mix briefly (I've been using a Joseph Joseph Uni-tool, 5-In-1 Utensil, Grey which, though goofy looking, is actually ridiculously useful). After folding (intact with zero futzing!) the omelette simply slides out of the pan.
With my old non-stick, the process of clean up was a hassle. With these, almost nothing remains in the pan after sliding out the heart attack provoking meal, and what little remains comes off just by pouring water over it. Cleaning is completed with 15 seconds of wiping it dry with a paper towel.
If the coating doesn't degrade over time, I'll have to peg this as my best culinary purchase to date with the possible exception of my very cool toaster oven Breville BOV800XL The Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Toaster Oven with Element IQ. I'll check back at the 6 month mark with an update.
Update 11/25/2012: Yep, several months later these puppies still work beautifully. See my comment for more information. The only thing I would add to that is that the knobs on the lids do sometimes get too hot to handle if you are using them to, for instance, boil water for pasta.

We've been using stainless steel pans for a long time after learning about the poisons in normal non-stick pans. Stainless is so difficult to keep clean! Then I saw the Orgreenic ads and started researching "green" pans. Even though the Green Earth pans are more heavily promoted on Amazon, we chose these pans because they just seemed better built. And man, we were not disappointed! These pans are phenomenal! Cooking is so much easier, and cleanup is very easy!
All that being said, we've only used them a few times. We'll see how they hold up over the long run. But we do intend to care for them as instructed (hand washing, seasoning, etc.)
If they stop functioning as well in the future, I'll post back. For now, I am extremely happy with my decision to buy these pans!
Edit: We've had these pans for 4 months now. We use them pretty much every day. They have held up *extremely* well!! Still completely nonstick, easy to clean, and they still look great!! Get them while they're still available!
Update 1/3/13: The primary frying pan has lost some of it's "non-stickiness". IE, scrambled eggs and some other things have started sticking to it worse than before. Still nowhere near as bad as stainless, but it is noticeable compared to the other pans in the set that aren't used as much. I believe this is because my wife used a scratch pad (the green Scotch pads) to wash this pan. And of course we've used it at least 1x/day, sometimes more. So the lesson here is to be gentle when cleaning these pans or you may scratch off the non-stick coating.
The other pans are still 100% non-stick and work great, even after 8+ months of use.

I am completely satisfied with this cookware. I have wanted at least one pan that was non-stick but would never buy the products on the market with made with harmful materials. It is hard to believe that people bought the terrible teflon and similar cookware marketed for years in spite of the warnings about safety and the poor quality of the brands. The surface on Healthy Legend is truly non-stick and I am pleased that it is made from a good non-harmful material.
This cookware is beautifully made with substantial handles to grip, nice finish on the bottom and since it is made from a aluminum (now safely covered with the ceramic coating) it is not heavy.
It is just really well made cookware. Some reviewers have reported that the surface was not truly non-stick or that after use over time no longer performed. Perhaps some people did not adhere to the instructions to season the pots before use. It seems this is necessary to get a non-stick performance. It also says this is required about twice every year to maintain the surface. These instructions were part of the shipment that I got on a promotional type flyer. Nothing else was included. I also read about instructions somewhere else, perhaps another reviewer, that say not to leave liquids in the pots for long periods, that it would harm the surface. I did not get such information about the care of this product, no warranty either. I contacted the seller and was told that was all that came with the product. Perhaps because it is imported. Glad the seasoning instructions were included, that is important.

I owned other sizes of the Healthy Legend fry pans. This one is their only cookware set. The non-toxic coating works really good for me and my relatives. I gave one set to my in law. She really love it. She asked me to buy a few more sets for other extended family. This is a very nice set of very good construction. The handle is nicer and stronger. I like it because it stay cool when i cook. The handle insulation is pretty good. The coating is very durable. The most important is it won't flake or chip off like Telfon.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Reviews of Download Healthy Legend Deluxe 8 Pc German Weilburger
These pans are a distinct disappointment. The finish of the rims is thoroughly amateurish; the borders of the finish are applied sloppily at the rims and handle. In addition, the lids do not fit snugly and securely on the pans--they jiggle around on three of the pans, and the fourth pan's lid fits TOO snugly. We looked for the country of origin of the pans, and it was nowhere to be found. The implied German origin is thus fraudulent. In fact, no country of origin was given at all. None of this bespeaks German craftsmanship. There IS a Weilburger Company in Germany that makes this putative coating, but appears the manufacturers of these pans--at best!--applies this "German" coating. I shall inquire whether this company supplies the coating. Finally, no assembly instructions were given in the box; we had to look at the picture of the pans to affix the knobs correctly to the lids.On the plus side, the pans came swiftly, and a test of frying of bacon proved that the pans work. However, we had expected more based on the other reviews on this site.
