I have bought and used Paderno products for quite some time now. Not once have I been disappointed with any of their products, and this ceramic coated frying pan once again exceeded my Paderno expectations. A solid feel on the hand, sturdly made, oil-free cooking slides off the pan with ease, as if it was never needed. I love fried eggs for breakfast, and though I do add some olive oil for flavor along with paprika, the eggs will cook just fine without any oil assistance, and, more importantly, no sticking to the pan! A Padernon brand product, in my opinion, is worth the extra dollars it commands over other cheaper cooking utensils on the other hand, their proven durability and their solid construction are well worth their price let alone how well Paderno products perform. I would recommend the Paderno brand to anyone looking for an excellent product.
